Pamela Shainhouse is a highly accomplished Founder, and Entrepreneur, with more than 35 years of success across the fashion, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and professional fundraising sectors. Pamela is the President of Allistyle Inc., a fashion line named in memory of her daughter Alli. The line was the first in Canada to provide size-diverse, beautiful, comfortable clothing for women sizes XS-3X. Her company The Shainhouse Group trains companies on the importance of DEI. Pam is the President of Alli’s Journey, a charity, that was founded in Alli’s memory to support young adults with cancer. Pamela is currently writing a memoir about her the journey she faced with her daughter’s cancer and how resilience keeps her focus on maintaining her daughter’s legacy. She hopes to have it published by the end of 2022.
