Living Without Fear - Audio

There are few biblical topics that generate as much speculation—and anxiety—as Gog and Magog. Turn on the news, and someone is ready to connect current events to these mysterious names. But what if the point of these passages isn’t to make us anxious about the future… but confident in God’s faithfulness? Based on understanding of the original passage in Ezekiel 38 and on the bible's use of apocalyptic language I will show that Gog and Magog are not given to frighten us—they are given to anchor us. They remind us that no matter how chaotic the world appears, God’s purposes stand firm.
