Maybe more than ever you are relying on that sweet little magic button, that provides privacy, from the reality you are living and the actual call you are trying to participate in. As I thought through the chaos that has become every day life, I wondered - what if we lived every day as if we didn’t have a mute button? What if our natural filter needed to be stronger because we could no longer say the things we wanted to say because their is NO MUTE BUTTON. How would this impact the way we approach customer service, What would this mean for our team building, resident retention, and overall onsite operations?
