Liz Pound of Soup Season

I'm so excited to welcome my friend, Liz Pound of Soup Season, to the podcast! Liz is an artist and photographer based out of Columbus, OH and a lover of all things soup, self-care, and creativity. Soup Season is her graphic design and screen printing business centered around her love of soup. We met last fall when she was photographing a shoot at my previous job and we quickly had a mutual creative crush. We quickly bonded over our love of food and struggle with balancing our passions + full-time jobs. While my work situation has changed quite a bit since then, Liz is growing Soup Season even more while climbing the corporate ladder. In this episode we chat how self-care supports creativity, balancing life, turning big ideas into actionable goals, and all of the in-between!
