LLETTER FROM DAD

My child, Many call me their Father, but I do not know them. Some run errands in my name, and I did not send them. Some swear by my authority, and they were never mine. Many are wondering why I just let them be, tell me if I destroy them how many will remain. I am sure you will not like it if infidels say all I do is destroy because that will not be true. All I am about is the redemption of man back to me. I made all the provisions; I wooed the people in many ways. It is just that they would rather walk in their ways. You see, their ways can only lead to death and destruction. Many of them think they know, but they do not know anything about me or the way I work. Many talk in my name, and they never consulted me. I am sure you are wondering why I am telling you all this. It is very simple; I want you to get it. I have invested too much to watch you miss the way. Every time my people chose the wrong path, it hurts. My son Jesus already paid the price, and the Holy Spirit is there to help them, what more do they want? I do not want my people to perish, but you must understand why I cannot behold sin. I am a just God. I cannot condone evil that is why I arranged a way out for my people. When they go against my will, I have to punish. All I want you to do now is warn them again. They do not have forever to get it right. I am about to wrap things up, and they cannot afford to go on the way they are going. Many of my children are deluding themselves, saying that they are in the age of grace, so it is all right to do whatever they like. How can that be? If they truly understand my grace, it will make them do right and love and appreciate me more. Grace, my child, is not a license to sin. It is room to behave like me. I indeed love them, but love chastises, love punishes, you know. If I let them continue in their rot, they will shipwreck the faith, and you know very well that I cannot let that happen. I am writing you this little love note so you can run and let my other children know. I am getting ready to end this age, and I want them to be prepared. I love you. Your Father P.S. “Son of man, speak to your people and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword against a land, and the people of the land choose one of their men and make him their watchman, and he sees the sword coming against the land and blows the trumpet to warn the people, then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not heed the warning and the sword comes and takes their life, their blood will be on their own head. Since they heard the sound of the trumpet but did not heed the warning, their blood will be on their own head. If they had heeded the warning, they would have saved themselves. But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone’s life, that person’s life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.’ “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. When I say to the wicked, ‘You wicked person, you will surely die,’ and you do not speak out to dissuade them from their ways, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. But if you do warn the wicked person to turn from their ways and they do not do so, they will die for their sin, though you yourself will be saved.
