Embark on the latest Fireside Chat journey with Philip as he talks to all Aether Sprint Semi-finalists.  Introducing Cayla Larson and Harris Hamburg as they explain how traditional munitions production is cumbersome and slow, posing a mismatch with the Agile Combat Employment (ACE) environment. After encountering inefficiencies during an ACE exercise, the team identified a significant opportunity for improvement. Encouraged by positive feedback and strong momentum, they submitted their innovative idea to Aether Sprint. They are now actively working on actualizing it into an MVP (Minimal Viable Product), a move set to revolutionize munitions production. Anticipated benefits include significant manpower reduction and streamlined field operations, showcasing a leap forward in munitions.
