Loblaw is getting into the ultra-discount grocery store business

If you go to Brockville, Ont., you will soon be able to find an ultra-discount grocery store under the Loblaw umbrella. The same kind of store is set to open in Windsor, Ont., and St. Catharines, Ont., as well. Scott Radley sat down with economist Moshe Lander, a lecturer at Concordia University to talk about what this could mean for the grocery shopping landscape.
