Last week Shoppers Drug Mart, a division of Loblaws, bought Canada’s largest corporately owned outpatient healthcare company, Lifemark.The sale price, $845 000 000. A big number!Since that time I have a number of conversations with my colleagues, as well as a few people have reached out to ask me my opinions on the sale.This got me thinking about things and I share some of them in the this week’s episode.
