Local advocates allege migrants are treated inhumanely

Local advocates have filed a federal complaint alleging hundreds of migrants were kept under inhumane conditions, after the Border Patrol kept them in a makeshift open-air migrant camp in San Ysidro with no food or shelter, for weeks.
