Local nonprofit honors National Cancer Survivors Day

Over five percent of the U.S. population has heard the words "You have cancer." Sunday (June 7) is National Cancer Survivors Day, a day set aside to celebrate them and to shine a light on the longterm physical, emotional and social challenges after treatment.
