This weeks entry to the Local Selection Mix Series welcomes Tyvion Valentine. The Dublin based DJ and producer has made a reputation for himself by creating compelling, emotive dance music that encompasses his distinct sound. The same can be heard here as he solidifies himself as the 181st entry to the series. Tyvion has seen a sharp rise in popularity among the Dublin house music scene over the last two years. Boasting releases on Plain Sailing, W&O Street Tracks, Zone Focus and Plaza as well as earning support slots for some of dance music’s most exciting acts in Mall Grab, X-Club, Skin On Skin, Effy and salute. This summer also marked Tyvion’s festival debut at Otherside Festival in Slane, as he went b2b with one of Ireland’s finest producers in recent years, Pagan. That set was a big highlight of the weekend featuring two of the countries most exciting prospects. The pair make their return behind the controls this Friday as they go b2b once again in Centre Point. This time, they support DJ Seinfeld. Incredible.
