S-Agenda is a 22-year-old DJ whose versatile style and open-minded selections have seen her grow from strength to strength in the past year. Her mixes draw from a range of sonic influences including techno, trance, electro, rave, and house primarily. The thoughtful selector puts particular focus on the fusion of old school with the new, to curate a fresh yet nostalgic sound. Having played piano and violin from a young age, she is extremely passionate about music and aims to carry that through to her sound by infusing uplifting, exciting and unexpected blends into her sets. While DJing since 2019, the young artist solidified herself within the Dublin scene after winning the Skin & Blister x Forbidden Fruit Emerging Artist Call Out last summer. This saw her earn a coveted spot on the festival’s lineup and smash a later set at its afterparty, supporting homegrown star Saoirse. Since then, she has confidently played her way across the Dublin clubscape in the likes of Tengu, SoundHouse, The Grand Social, Bowlane, The Sugar Club, Wigwam, Izakaya and Index, where she rang in the New Year on main support for the legendary DART. Her versatile sound has seen her further land on the bill with an array of artists including Floorplan, Sunil Sharpe, High Fidelity, Jennifer Loveless, Ngoni Egan and Mia Lily. She also hosts a monthly show ‘FACE 4 RADIO’ on Dublin Digital Radio, where any and all electronic genres are explored by herself and various guest DJs who share her passionate ‘no rules, just vibes’ outlook on music. S-Agenda’s contribution to the Local Selection Series aims not to fit into one box, oscillating from techno and old-school rave to electro, 90s club and psychedelic trance. She overlays persistent pulsing grooves with a tapestry of melodies to bring the listener on a high-energy and dancefloor-oriented journey through her most loved sounds.
