Local Selection 208: NIKKI O

This week's Local Selection comes highly anticipated as Belfast native NIKKI O steps up for the 208th edition of the series. A regular on the airwaves, as well as clubs and festival across Ireland and the UK, she has been a consistent DJ on the scene, crafting a unique blend of bouncy techno, breakbeats and UK bass which this mix is packed full of. Having cut her teeth playing clubs and festivals across Ireland and the UK, NIKKI O has notably played AVA, All Together Now and Emerge, among others, playing alongside the likes of Lone, KETTAMA, Peach and Sally C, to name a few. Her sets have caught the attention of promoters and she continues to gig alongside some of the best in the industry. On top of all the gigs, she holds down a residency with Subtle Radio, and joins Kurty for Suckin' Diesel on Voices Radio. Her Four Four mix is a breath of fresh air as she digs deep into her collection, playing the likes of Prozak, J Wax and Foul Play, you can expect to hear a fresh selection of tracks expertly blended in her signature style.
