Location Location Location

Hey, everyone. It's Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty and our Realty Idea of the Day is location, location, location. I just did times three, but you get my point. So what's the most important part of real estate? Well, the old adage being location, location, location. Obviously, there's price point and style and other elements. But let's talk about... Earlier, we had a post about what were the up and coming areas. Maybe we can talk about where the areas are that are most effective for commuting. Maybe there are areas that are most effective for the trendy social life. Maybe there are some areas that are best for schools. We can pick different areas in our city and talk about why each of them has the specific location for a different sort of buyer. So profile the neighborhoods, profile why this neighborhood might be best for a certain type of buyer. Never describe the person, always describe the neighborhood that should buy there so we don't get in equal housing problems. Bob McC
