Governor to Reveal Plans to Open the State On MondayGovernor Mike Dewine said on 4/23 during his press conference that he will reveal the plan to move forward on Monday 4/27Lock 3 is Locked DownMayor Dan Horrigan and Akron’s Office of Integrated Development, which oversees Lock 3 Park and all city recreation, said in a news release that there will be no large concerts or festivals at Lock 3 Park downtown.
