Lockdown 2.0? Would Anything Be Different This Time Around?

from TMI Daily Hosted by TMI Hollywood

Today, Gavin Newsom, the Governor of California, moved most of the state backwards into the strictest level of Covid restrictions, as cases are beginning to skyrocket in the state and around the country. Tonight, we talk about what we've learned from 8 months of being in a semi-shutdown and we discuss if going into a new one might change anything. In our Just One Question segment we Chipotle's new deal with Uber Eats and the dating app Hinge and about Zoom lifting it's 40 minute restriction on Thanksgiving for it's free customers, so that the can video call family and we ask, isn't 40 minutes talking to family on video 39 minutes too long? We closed the show, marking the 35th anniversary of Starship's much derided hit single "We Built This City" being number 1 on the charts and we talk about other songs that were huge hits that we just did not get.
