Because of my fighting background and the much-anticipated fight between "Iron" Mike Tyson and "The Problem Child" Jake Paul, set for July 20, 2024, we talked about what it means to prepare for a fight and a bit of the psychology behind fighting. We are in a battle, more spiritual than physical, but preparing physically, living a healthy life, being consistent, disciplined and focused is vital.
