Despite leading efforts from Cade Cunningham, who recorded 26 points, 10 assists, and 6 rebounds, the Pistons couldn't overcome the Bulls’ offensive strength led by Nikola Vucevic and Zach LaVine. Vucevic tallied 29 points and 12 rebounds, while LaVine added 25 points, with 16 of them during a decisive fourth quarter. Detroit’s Jalen Duren was a dominant force in the paint, contributing 15 points and an impressive 22 rebounds, but it wasn't enough as the Pistons drop to 7-9 on the season. The Pistons showed resilience with standout performances including Malik Beasley's 21 points off the bench, but the Bulls shot a robust 50% from beyond the arc, securing their sixth win of the season.
