In this episode I chat with Hawaii underwater and landscape photographer Frank Silva (@frank.shoots). Frank is an all around talented photographer, but it's the underwater world he captures that is truly mind blowing to me.In this episode we get into ways that we're ensuring we're doing our best to stay locked into the present and enjoy what's in front of us.
