Locus of Control

Was listening to a Tai Lopez show podcast, and it is all about a locus of control. Locus of control has two types of: internal and external. Internal locus of control is your successes and failures are from your actions while external is blaming it to factors that you have no control over it. And both internal and external have its pros and cons. It is a double edged sword when it comes to different kinds of situation. Moreover, we talked about emotional labels in a workplace and the surface and internal parts of organisational behaviours. However, we are just a bunch of young guys sharing our thoughts.
