He discusses with gun types and categories play a useful role in helping to solve a problem that has plagued us for far too long. Infrastructure and COVID are also briefly discussed. Mark calls in and discusses the gun issue, including other aspects of constitutional doctrine and competing political calculations which are relevant to the overall discussion.
