I think there is a lot online about healing through hard times however I believe that there is a missing element of how to practically deal with seeing pictures of ex's, or seeing them on social media etc. Its very easy to SAY just block them but in reality its not that easy. Yes you need to learn to love yourself however I have learnt a way of dealing with the practical steps in healing after a break up.
