Lokah: Chapter 1 — Chandra

A first for Paisa Vasool: our debut Malayalam review! We dive into Dominic Arun’s bold, world-building kickoff “Lokah: Chapter 1 – Chandra” — from the airtight writing and moody neo-noir vibe to Jakes Bejoy’s thumping score and Kalyani Priyadarshan’s powerhouse lead turn. We talk scale vs. budget, why the pacing never drags, where the folklore hooks land, and how those two mid/post-credit stingers set up the larger Lokah Universe.
