Loma
from Plausibly Live - The Dave Bowman Show Podcast Hosted by Dave Bowman
Over the weekend, I discovered a great-aunt whom nobody in our family knew had ever existed. Her name was Loma M. Bowman. She lived for only two days before being buried in an unmarked potter’s field in Missouri. More than a century later, her brief life has emerged from the silence of the family record. This episode is about discovering Loma, unraveling the complicated story of my great-grandparents, and remembering a little girl who never had the chance to become part of our family’s living memory. Her name was Loma. #FamilyHistory #Genealogy #Ancestry #HiddenHistory #FamilyStories #RememberingLoma #BowmanFamily
