London Marathon Special - Episode 31 - Celebrating The 40th Race

This weekend, on the 4th October, the London Marathon will go ahead in a very different format. Thousands of runners will be pounding the pavements across the UK in the virtual race for the special 40th event.  The elites will also be running laps around St James' Park in the first elite only race. To celebrate this occasion, In this podcast, I'm joined by three marathon runners who have all taken on the one and only London Marathon. I'm joined by Matt also known as matt runs on instagram, Ashley Fraser, mylondonmarathon who took on her first marathon and first London in 2018 and last Sarah King, a fellow club mate who has done London 4 times so has a wealth of knowledge about the event. I wanted to share their race experiences and what you can look forward to as London is truly an experience you don't ever want to forget. Gaining insight from 3 perspectives will help inspire, engage and inform you on how to experience London in the best way possible.
