London Violence - Leave Me Be

I was attacked by a 14-16 year old boy from behind who was with a gang of 4-5 teenagers. I was walking home with shopping bags on my shoulders. Welcome to London. I already told people about a young boy holding up a shot gun in my area towards another boy. The boy escaped into a shop and the shutgun was lowered again and the moped drove away. Police came within 2 minutes as a gun was involved. But nothing further happened. This is my frustration about London and in general.
