Lone Ranger - The Hidden Mine

from Old Time Radio Listener · host Sara Welch

One of the Lone Rangers most amazing adventures began when a bolt of lightening flashed across the sky and met the earth at the top of Thunder Mountain. A massive rock as large as a house was blasted from the foundation upon which it had rested through the ages. Rolling down the mountain with increasing force it loosened other rocks and soft shale and the landslide was started. A Stage Coach on the trail around the side of Thunder Mountain was trapped with no hope of escape, a boulder struck it squarely, sweeping it off the trail and down the slope into the valley and the smaller rocks and shale came down like a flood.  Duration: 28:00  Starring: Brace Beemer  Broadcast Date: 18th February 1948
