Loneliness is not the absence of people — it is the moment when the soul loses its link to the spirit and the body feels the gap. Matias explains that “solitude” comes from the Latin root meaning “the unique one,” showing that solitude is actually unity, not emptiness. The Sun (sol) carries the same root because the spirit is one, complete, indivisible. The soul, however, divides into positive and negative, creating relationships and attachments. When two people change frequency, the bond breaks, and the body feels that break as loneliness. It is not failure — it is evolution. Just like DNA separates to grow and reconnects to create life, the soul goes through cycles of bonding, separation, and rebirth. Every breakup, every distance, every silence is a bridge leading you back to your center.
