WTMJ host Jeff Sherman was joined in-studio by Beth Ridley from the Ridley Consulting Group to talk about DEI initiatives. -On the macro level, Jeff asked Beth for her thoughts on moving DEI initiatives forward in 2025. -Jeff and Beth discussed the big move of return to office orders at organizations of various sizes that were happening at the time and how to approach it correctly. A clip from WTMJ host Sand Maxx’s interview with artist and photographer Margaret Muza from the previous night’s What’s on Tap show about a gallery night coming to the following weekend. There was going to be a village board meeting in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin about the potential re-opening of the Fox Bay Theater and a development had already shown interest. Also, the Amtrak Borealis rail line got a boost thanks to an investment from the federal Department of Transportation.
