Longhorn Victory Monday: A Texas Sweep This Weekend in Texas Basketball, Softball & Baseball and NBA All Star Game

Today is “Longhorn Victory Monday.” The Texas Longhorns Men’s Basketball team started the weekend with an 85-68 victory over the Missouri Tigers, with big games from Guard Dailyn Swain and Nick Codie stepping up off the bench. The Texas Women’s Basketball team went to Knoxville and ground out a 65-63 win over the Tennessee Volunteers, ending with a clutch defensive play by Bryanna Preston. The College Football transfer portal is setting up for players to prove they have something to prove coming into the season. The Texas Softball team had a power surge this weekend, culminating in two doubleheader blowout wins over the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Northern Illinois Huskies.
