Longmont Locals: Haley Hyde of the Longmont Chamber of Commerce

Today, we’ve got some giggles to get out. We had the pleasure of sitting down with the living breathing calendar, Haley Hyde. Haley is a proud LONGMONSTER and the event coordinator for the Longmont Chamber of Commerce. We sat down to talk about their upcoming event Unity in the Community, a FREE summer street festival. It takes place outside of the Longmont Public Library on FRIDAY AUGUST 22nd 4-9pm. The event features live music, food, drinks, games, a silent disco, and SIDEDISH LIVE! We will be doing a live recording, featuring conversations with public policy officials and candidates for the upcoming elections. We also get into what the role of a chamber of commerce is, our opinions on some local mascots, and who makes the best tacos in Longmont.
