Well, hello...  Look, we need to talk. It's obviously been a hot minute.... and well.. life got in the way. My plan at the start of the year was to be on FIRE with every part of my life, the podcast, my yoga, my photography but to the honest with you. Life happened. I had a tougher few months and I couldn't find the space in myself to show up on here.. but I'm back.
