Looking ahead...

What now…?On today's episode we have a "post 4th year anniversary episode" life update, talking goals, intentions, struggles and more. I also recap my yearly Coastal Carolina trip (a period of heat, dehydration, grind and exhaustion), my sugar journey (#crumblontop) and I also discuss an uncomfortable feeling I've been facing and share it with you. JEALOUSY. To be honest, this was hard to talk about and "admit" but I think it's important, because it's real. And who knows, maybe there's someone out there going through something similar and this shows them that they are not alone.
