He has served on advisory committees by appointment from the Commerce Secretary, Transportation Secretary, TSA Administrator, and Governor. He is a Fellow with APICS/Association for Supply Chain Management, he holds a graduate degree in supply chain management in addition to his law degree, and he holds a customs broker license.
