Looking Back Before Moving Forward: Reflecting on 2025

It was late December as I recorded this episode. I was cozy, cup of coffee in hand, and sitting with the last days of the year.  And instead of pushing forward or planning ahead, I felt called to pause and reflect on what 2025 actually asked of me. This year wasn’t about doing more. It was about embodying more. At the start of the year, my word was worthy. Not as a mindset shift, but as something I wanted to live in my body, my decisions, and my boundaries. And as the year unfolded, that embodiment showed up through grief, rest, deep inner work, and unexpected growth in both life and business. This episode isn’t a summary of the year. It’s an invitation. To pause. To reflect. To honor who you were at the beginning of the year and who you are now.
