Today I’m joined by Noah bontrager!This conversation is from back when Noah won the new balance indoor nationals mile going sub four in the process and setting a huge lifetime best.It's been a minute since the last podcast drop but this a great conversation to kick things back off.Since our conversation after indoor nationals Noah won outdoor state in the 3200 and 1600 in Indiana and most recently won the U20 3k in Eugene Oregon which qualified him for world jrs where he will represent team USA.Noah is staying in his home state and heading to Notre Dame in fall to continue his academic and athletic career.In this episode we discuss everything that went into Noah’s breakout race where he became a national champion, his crazy range, how his cross country season shaped him and more.
