Looking Back On The 2018 Real Estate Market

One of the main things we took out of 2018 was how we've dealt with pricing - which is being upfront with what we believe the property can sell for and then work with the sellers to land on a listing price. Then we end by talking about the new Avicii documentary and how we can apply his genius to our industry and lives in general.
