Looking For A Friend In All The Wrong Places: My Journey Through Therapy

  We start out this week by briefly touching on the Caitlyn Jenner story and I give my thoughts on the whole situation. Then I take you through my journey of seeing a Psychologist.  I explore the reasons for seeking therapy and how it's helped me along the way.  Then I will discuss how I "broke up" with my therapist and the effect the lack of therapy has had on my well being.
