Looking for Answers After Botched 911 Call

Two Milwaukee 911 dispatchers have been suspended and are on leave pending the results of an investigation of a lack of response to multiple calls to 911 from a life alert service on a 99 year old woman. The woman was being attacked and the call is chilling. In charge of the Milwaukee Health & Safety commission, and the alderman in the district where this happened, Scott Spiker joins the program to discuss the next steps in this investigation. And we ask him how his constituents should have faith that 911 will actually respond to emergencies following this incident.
