Looking to Jesus

Sermon Application Questions:1. Are you aware of any weariness (12:3) in your life, whether weariness of body or soul? How is your weariness affecting your spiritual life?2. We can be hindered in the 'race' of faith by both 'weight' and 'sin' (12:1). Are there any 'weights' in your life, things that are not inherently sinful but are consuming time and energy you could otherwise devote to knowing and serving God? What change do you want to make in that area of life?3. Are there sins that you are particularly struggling with right now, that regularly trip you up as you follow Jesus? What does repentance look like for you? What are some ways your group could serve you as you seek to walk in obedience?4. Jesus is right now seated in the presence of God, interceding for his people (12:2, 7:25). What are some specific differences that truth makes in our daily lives? As you remember that he sits on a throne of grace, ready to help us in time of need (4:16), what help do you need right now?
