News broke that Maxwell was transferred from FCI (Federal Correctional Institution) Tallahassee - a prison that houses men and women - to a low-security women's "federal prison camp" in Texas.As a career federal prosecutor, there were times when Glenn arranged for the transfer of inmates from one confinement facility to another.
