Matthew Chapter 5 vs. 1 states CHRIST saw the multitudes and got up in a Mountain and when he was situated ...HIS disciples came closer to assist HIM before HE began to initiate one of the GREATEST segments of his PUBLIC ministry. As we go about caring for the people, Leaders must be able to discern that the volunteers who represent our campaigns have the heart of the Leader. Why ? So that the Leader can get into the right position to do what they were called to do and to BLESS the multitude.
