Lord Sebastian Coe

This week joining the Runpod Run Club is a Lord. Yes, the first Lord of Runpod, and a man who needs no introduction. In 1980 he held all four middle distance World Records simultaneously and went on two be a two time Olympic Gold Medal Winner, part of the International Olympic Committee and President of World Athletics, it is of course, Seb Coe! Seb chats to Jenni about his incredible career, starting out at the Hallamshire Harriers and working his way to Gold at not one but two very unique Olympic games, how his family will notice if he doesn't run, and what the odds are on Team GB getting more that 67 medals at the Olympics this year.
