Let’s face it—prayer is often discussed in church, but not entirely understood. At its core, prayer is straightforward and sincere communication with God. It’s essentially the specific name we give to our dialogue with Him. But, if it’s merely communication, why does it pose such a challenge? Why is it so difficult to dedicate the time, maintain the focus, and truly feel like we’re conversing with God? The truth is, we all wrestle with prayer. Prayer is the easiest thing to do, but it’s also one of the most difficult things to do. Join us for this series as we dive deeply into what God’s Word has to say about prayer. Looking specifically at the Lord Jesus and his ministry, we’re seeking to sit again at his feet, to listen to his teaching and watch his example, and grow in prayer as together we ask Jesus, “Lord, teach us to pray!”
