He played his college football at the University of California and joined the NFL in 2005, playing with the Panthers, Redskins, Cardinals, and Raiders. As a two-time Pro Bowler, he has also been recognized as the team’s "Walter Payton Man of the Year" multiple times and the "Athletes in Action Call to Courage Award."
