Our guest today is Lorenzo M. Wooten Jr., CCIM.  Lorenzo is informally know as "Tim's Flipper Friend."  On the official side, Lorenzo is a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap in Bethesda, MD, focused exclusively on representing sellers and buyers of investment properties throughout the Washington DC metro area. Lorenzo and his team have successfully completed numerous transactions across all commercial product types including mixed-use, multifamily, land for development and church sales. Lorenzo has continuously managed complex transactions such as zoning variances, challenges with TOPA, tenant issues, and providing financing solutions for his Developer clients. Lorenzo’s relationships, knowledge of the market and his twelve of experience in commercial real estate sales have made him one of the top agents in the area. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in November 2017, Lorenzo served as Managing Director with Keller Williams Commercial, and Team Leader of The Wooten Group since 2009. As Managing Director, Lorenzo oversaw all commercial real estate transactions including leasing and sales. The Wooten Group brokered over $32 million dollars in commercial real estate sales and leases from January 2015- August 2017. These transactions results made his real estate team one of the top commercial sales teams in Prince George’s county.  Lorenzo’s real estate career spans over twenty years including four years as a Loan Officer, five years as a Regional Manager with Fannie Mae and over ten years’ experience with real estate development.
