Meet FranBubbie (Franchise Grandmother)   Lori Shaffron, Senior Director of Franchise Sales of Rita's Italian Ice, has been in the world of franchising since 1989.. Lori loves franchising, networking, mentoring, and volunteering. And it shows. Everyone knows the FranBubbie of Franchising. A term of endearment Brad Fishman, of Fishman PR coined. It became official when Edith Wiseman, of FranData gifted Lori with her very own FranBubbie t-shirt.  Like many Bubbies, Lori is strong-willed, unabashedly opinionated, and tender-hearted. If ever there was someone who could wear all the hats within a franchise organization it is Lori. From marketing to operations, to finance, to training and beyond, Lori has done it all.
