Lose the Guilt and Build the Dream

from Level Up with Debbie Neal · host Debbie Neal, Upstarter Podcast Network

Everything in life is choice. When we choose to live our best life we will make sacrifices. We will make new choices. Guilt will show up. It did for me. I had a choice. I could feel the guilt of pursuing my passion and building a better life for my family or the guilt of not becoming my best self and not providing the best life for my family. I may have missed a few things but my kids wont miss student loans! Our choices become our kids consequences. It's okay to choose quality over quantity. Grateful everyday I worked through the guilt! My family is grateful!"Money isn't everything...but it's right up there with oxygen."Timestamps: 1:31 - How do we deal with momma guilt?3:10 - Pre-children life7:31 - Introducing guilt10:24 - A burning desire for more11:13 - Switch your mindset15:53 - No such thing as perfection, look for progress19:36 - Guilt of not living in your word21:47 - Guilt of not living up to your fullest potential22:35 - Guilt of kids' college debt24:40 - Guilt of settling25:54 - Guilt of no family vacations28:12 - Guilt of not taking time for loved ones29:07 - Are you building to the best of your ability?Links & resources:To follow more info about the [email protected] out my personal instagram account@debbie_nealSupport this podcast:Please rate, review, subscribe and SHARE this podcast out, I will be eternally grateful!https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/level-up-with-debbie-neal/id1552017731This Podcast is brought to you by Upstarter Podcast Network.
