Loser只是希望用自己的努力和外部困难造成的不幸运，来营造一种生不逢时的心理气氛，从而获得一种失意后的自我安慰。他们实际上并不缺少机会，而是缺乏把握机会的能力，甚至，就连他们自己也知道这一点，只是不愿意承认罢了。因为承认了之后就彻底的输了，那会影响他们在跟社会对抗中所营造出来的自我存在感。所以，loser只能承认自己不如意，只能承认机会不好，只能承认世道不公，而不会真正承认是自己不行。本期歌单：Hard queen《loser》、Dolores O'Riordan《loser》、3 Doors Down 《Loser》。
