Loss of a Father

The loss of a parent can be an extremely devastating ordeal. Having lost my father to cancer a little over a year ago I have found the emotional roller coaster can be a difficult one to deal with. Our guest Gabbie recently lost her father to cancer as well so we decided to sit down and talk about our stories together for you all to hear. If you're going through a loss of a loved one know you're not alone in the emotional battle. Your feelings are valid and the amount of emotion both positive and negative can be quite overwhelming at times.
